This is a large house, with four bedrooms.  The house is near to Medway Maritime Hospital and central for Chatham and Gillingham Stations.  The parking is by permit only (readily available from the council for £20 per year).

The price includes everything except gas and electricity which are approximately £10 per week per person paid on a key meter.

The house was refurbished a year ago.  The rooms are carpeted with cream coloured carpets, and each room has a bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers.  Each room has access to wireless internet and there is a communal room with tv, dvd and freeview.  The kitchen is modern with granite worktops and fully equipped and there is a small utility rooms and a downstairs toilet.  Upstairs there is a fully tiled bathroom with shower over.

The garden has a patio area for seating and a small lawn with a bountiful apple tree (September time only!)
