Medway Rooms provides a room rental service in the Medway area of Kent.  We own all our own properties and have recently refurbished them ourselves to a high standard.   We aim to provide good quality room rentals at affordable prices for long or short term lets.

We have a team of people working for us to ensure that your stay with us is as comfortable as possible.  We have 24hour telephone service for emergencies and will remedy a less urgent problem within a day or two.

We have provided laminate flooring in all rooms for ease of cleaning and all rooms are fully furnished.

Council tax, water rates, internet connection, tv, dvd and freeview.  This is all included in the rent (the only extra will be for gas and electricity which are on pre-pay meters).

We have a unique NO DEPOSIT SCHEME in place which you can qualify for, however we do ask for rent to be paid in advance, and there is a small admin fee of £40 per room to cover the cost of the tenancy agreement.  This is a one-off charge at the beginning of the tenancy.
